Product performance
The formula is LaB6. Red and purple solid. Isoaxial crystal system. The density of 2.61 g/cm3. Melting point is 2210 ℃. Above melting point decomposition. At room temperature it is not soluble in water and acid. The trioxide of lanthanum and borax was dissolved in a suitable molten salt, and the graphite anode electrolysis was used at high temperature, and the six boride was deposited on the cathode of graphite or steel.
Due to its high melting point and high thermal electron radioactivity, it can replace the high melting point metal and alloy in nuclear fusion reactor, thermal power generation and so on.

Applications
It has been widely used in radar aerospace, electronic industry, instrumentation, medical device, appliance metallurgy, environmental protection and more than 20 military and high-tech fields.
