Product performance
Insoluble in water, insoluble in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid, but soluble in perchloric acid. It has moisture absorption and
stability in the air. The insoluble compound of NH4F·YF3 was formed with ammonium fluoride. Do not allow undiluted or large quantities of
products to contact groundwater, waterways or sewerage systems.

Applications
Used for preparing rare earth crystal laser materials, the conversion of light-emitting materials, fluoride glass fiber and fluoride optical glass. Used in lighting source for manufacturing arc lamp carbon electrode. It is the raw material for electrolyzing yttrium metal.
